J'ai récupéré ma voiture avec le phare et pare choc cassés. Malgré mes appels, je n'ai pu obtenir gain de cause. Je suis gérant d'une société, j'habite a Montpellier, je n'ai pas le temps de porter plainte. Je suis tombé sur le chef d'atelier de trés mauvaise foie. Me disant que c'est sa parole contre la mienne (alors qu'il n'était pas présent lors du dépot de la voiture). Le gérant n'a rien su me dire, ce rangeant du coté de ses employés.
ATTENTION car s'ils sont capables de faire ça, je peux m'imaginer des factures a la tête du client, des diagnostics abusifs etc...
Chers futurs clients, SOYEZ PRUDENT !!! Ou comme moi préférez un autre garage !

Pour une raison qui m'échappe mon véhicule a été remorqué vers un autre garage sans m'en avertir. J'ai retrouvé mon véhicule avec le phare et le pare choc cassé. Je n'ai pu obtenir gain de cause ni même une escuse. Lorsque j'ai appelé, une personne m'a dit que c'étais sa parole contre la mienne. (alors qu'il n'était pas présent). Et on m'a raccroché au nez. Selon moi il faut ce méfier fortement!
Plusieurs points. Mauvaises installations d'une pièce auto. Facturé de main en main en espèce pour etre précis. Ne possède pas de pont ni de fausse. Garage situé dans une petite ruelle. Ne répond pas facilement aux messages et aux appels.

Rotule de direction changée chez Pascual, elle s'est déboitée 3 semaines et 400kms plus tard. Le garage n'a rien voulu savoir j'ai dû tout prendre en charge moi-même, 660€ de frais en plus. Il m'ont fourni une fausse facture (kilométrage erroné et pièces non référencés) donc impossible de faire jouer la garantie. Inacceptable.

This garage is a scam. Our car broke down along their stretch. A person came with a tow truck and informed us that they we just passed "Ford" and they could take the car there, so we agreed.
When we got there we saw the big Ford sign and so thought it was Ford. It was approx 2am. The insurance company booked us a cab and a hotel and off we went. We were called the next day and told the car the quote for the repair and informed it would be done in just 2 days. It turned out it wasn´t FORD, it was a Ford authorised repair centre run by these people.
Then 2 days turn into 3, more money for additional parts demands, the 4th day and then on the 5th day they still tried to delay. On the 5th day the insurance company would have taken the car away anyway, so low and behold they finally advised it was fixed. When we arrived we saw the person who picked us up, he works there! he took us to his own garage! We wanted to check the car over but they wouldn´t even give us the keys until we paid and signed all their forms, in french.
We picked up the car, it worked and we thought we could finally start our holiday. When we stopped at a service station for a break we thought we check the oil water etc. When we opened the bonet we realised the whole engine cover was missing!! We called the insurance company and then contacted the garage but must have been blocking our phone number as we now couldn´t get through. So we got a French friend to email them and the garage replied saying the engine cover wasn´t even there! Like more people we personally checked the oil and water before we started our journey so it obviously was! Further some of the electric cables had burned as they were just left ontop of the engine (instead of being attached to the cover). Be warned.
